- Atlas Kasbah was awarded the Heritage & Creation Trophy (March 2012)

On March 31 2012, in Marrakesh, Atlas Kasbah ecolodge was awarded the prestigious Heritage & Creation Trophy for its sustainable practices and its promotion of the Moroccan heritage and handicraft. 1500 attended this huge event, and among them, The Moroccan Minister of Handicraft.

Take an organic lemon or possibly lemon essential oil but it is more expensive.

You also need baking soda, an empty bottle, white vinegar, boiling water and an eco-friendly dishwashing liquid.

First, cut the lemon.

Squeeze the lemon. You need approximately 4 full spoons of lemon juice.

Pour 125 ml of dishwashing liquid approx. in the empty bottle to use as the dishwashing liquid contains active ingredients.

Here is the dose you need to pour.

Add 2 spoons of baking soda and 4 of lemon juice in a bowl.

It should make a foam.

Add 300 ml of cool boiled water.

Add 4 spoons of white vinegar.

Pour it in the empty bottle.

On July 6th 2011, Atlas Kasbah Ecolodge was awarded the ALM Ecology Trophy in the category Best Environmental Management among nearly 200 firms. It was competing against the US giant Dell inc.
