Terms and Conditions
1. BOOKING
Once your reservation requested has been received, we will send you the booking confirmation. That implies the acceptance of the following terms & conditions. The requested services are guaranteed only after we have received the down payment of 25% of the entire stay (for a 3-day stay or more) or 100% of the amount (for a 2-day stay or less).
2. MODIFICATION
Any cancellation or modification made by the Client will only be taken into consideration if it was sent by mail, email or fax before the dates specified in the schedule below. Modifications by telephone will not be accepted.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Moroccan checks, and cash and money wires in Euros and Moroccan dirham. The payment is to be made upon arrival except for any extras taken during the stay which will be paid before departure.
4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time: noon
Check-out time: 2 pm
5. PAYMENT
Payment is due upon arrival. Payment of extras is due upon departure.
6. EARLY DEPARTURES
In case of early departure you are not entitled to any refund.
7. CANCELLATION
The client agrees to pay charges to Atlas Kasbah in the event of modification or cancellation of the Services or if the Client and/or their guests fail to take up the Services at the time and on the day specified in the Contract. Changes or cancellations must be received in writing.
The cancellation fees are calculated in reference to the schedule below.
- Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival: no fee
- Cancellation between the 15th & the 8th day prior to arrival: the cancellation fees are 50% the amount of the entire stay.
- Cancellation between the 7th and 3rd day prior to arrival: the cancellation fees are 80% the amount of the entire stay.
- Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival or no show: full payment of the stay is due.
